Metrics & aggregations
This function enables the calculation and display of statistical metrics (e.g. totals, averages, minimum/maximum values) as well as the grouping of search results according to defined criteria. During the query, aggregations are performed on the indexed data to determine, for example, the frequency of terms, the distribution of values or other metrics.
Users thus receive not only search results but also analytical insights into the data – for example, for filters, facets or analyses. The function also supports complex aggregations across multiple fields or hierarchies.
